Home Care Field Marketer

Connected Home Care is looking for a marketer to build and grow our census.

The Business Development department manages the day-to-day sales efforts of the business and is responsible for:

• Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential referral sources within the agency’s territory and surrounding area
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all referral sources, including but not limited to the following: independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, Adult Home, Shelters, & Senior Housing.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Developing a network of referral sources.
• Obtaining Enrollment information
• Assisting members in obtaining doctor's orders
• Assisting Members with Enrolment Appointments
• Identifying and marketing to seniors and disabled persons and to Buildings that serve such populations;
• Conducting presentations to consumers and professional groups;
• Marketing to Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries;
• Developing and maintaining new referral sources and/or partnerships in the community.
