About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team for contract assignments. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders while working in a variety of clinical settings.

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

• Provide therapy to improve communication skills, cognition, and safe swallowing

• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support continued progress

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

• Ensure a safe and organized therapy environment

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of assignment

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (SNF/LTC experience a plus)

• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and patient populations
