Senior Manager, Oncology Site Identification

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Site Identification.

Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy and execution of Oncology Elite site network and site relationship development for clinical trials Establish and manage relationships with target Elite site partners to support long-term engagement and successful trial execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and strategy for achieving trial goals and timelines

Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus Extensive experience in site identification, feasibility, or clinical operations within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry, particularly in Oncology Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of clinical trial design, recruitment strategies, and global regulatory requirements for site selection Proficiency in site identification and feasibility tools, databases, and clinical trial management systems (CTMS)
