Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join an established multispecialty, outpatient practice in East New York, Brooklyn. This role focuses on providing evidence-based nutritional care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status and identify specific needs.

Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans aligned with medical diagnoses and treatment goals.

Provide specialized counseling on weight loss, tube feeding, and dietary modifications for chronic conditions.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care strategies and optimize patient recovery.

Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust nutrition plans accordingly.

Educate patients and families on nutrition principles, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle changes for improved health outcomes.

Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately.

Supervise dietetic interns or junior staff members to ensure quality standards are maintained in dietary practices.

Stay current with advancements in dietetics, physiology, and clinical nutrition to enhance service delivery.

Support medical initiatives related to acute care, geriatrics, weight management, and long-term care programs.
