Travel OT Home Health In Brooklyn, NY
Travel OT Home Health jobs in Brooklyn, NY are available for an ASAP start with a 13-week contract. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, seeing 5 to 6 geriatric clients daily in their homes. You must have an active New York OT license and experience with the geriatric population. Home health experience is preferred. Responsibilities include conducting in-home assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans to improve daily living skills, providing therapeutic interventions, and documenting care using Homecare Home Base.
