Preferred (Help at Home company) is hiring an onsite Recruiting and Onboarding Supervisor! We are looking for someone that has at least 3 years of Home Care recruiting and onboarding experience. We offer weekly pay between $ an hour! Office Hours Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00pm. 909 McDonald Ave Brooklyn, New York 11218.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the day-to-day performance of the recruitment team. This person will have 8-10 Recruiting Specialists reporting to them and will report into the Senior Manager, Recruiting & Onboarding for NY.
  • Design and build a talent pipeline across specific markets, including non-traditional and diverse sources.
  • Drive the full-cycle recruitment process partnering with our Field Operations Leaders, hiring managers and talent operations to define recruiting strategies to attract and hire great talent.
  • Assist in creating and ensuring that grassroots recruiting efforts are executed, optimized and expanded where needed.
  • Create remarkable hiring experiences for both the candidate and the hiring teams through the refinement of our internal processes and systems.
  • Support the launch of and provide ongoing support for new recruiting technology and processes to better support field operations.
  • Be a champion of Help at Home’s culture and values.
  • Implement the recruitment team's goals and manage on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Understands the candidate and field experience is key to achieving HAH goals.
  • Sets a great example to the team by consistently achieving goals and having a positive attitude.
  • Ability to coach and manage performance of the field recruitment team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamically changing environment.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three (3) – five (5) years of experience in recruitment.
  • Previous leadership experience a plus.
  • Proven experience in recruiting in high-volume, non-exempt hiring.
  • Thorough and up to date knowledge of laws affecting recruitment and hiring.
Management Authority
  • Makes staff decisions – hiring, firing
  • Conducts performance reviews
  • Trains other associates
  • Directs work of other associates
  • Direct workflows for entire team
Physical Requirements
  • Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
Travel Requirements
  • Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather
