Preferred (Help at Home company) is hiring an onsite Recruiting and Onboarding Supervisor! We are looking for someone that has at least 3 years of Home Care recruiting and onboarding experience. We offer weekly pay between $ an hour! Office Hours Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00pm. 909 McDonald Ave Brooklyn, New York 11218.

What You’ll Do:
- Manage the day-to-day performance of the recruitment team. This person will have 8-10 Recruiting Specialists reporting to them and will report into the Senior Manager, Recruiting & Onboarding for NY.
- Design and build a talent pipeline across specific markets, including non-traditional and diverse sources.
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process partnering with our Field Operations Leaders, hiring managers and talent operations to define recruiting strategies to attract and hire great talent.
- Assist in creating and ensuring that grassroots recruiting efforts are executed, optimized and expanded where needed.
- Create remarkable hiring experiences for both the candidate and the hiring teams through the refinement of our internal processes and systems.
- Support the launch of and provide ongoing support for new recruiting technology and processes to better support field operations.
- Be a champion of Help at Home’s culture and values.
- Implement the recruitment team's goals and manage on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:

- Understands the candidate and field experience is key to achieving HAH goals.
- Sets a great example to the team by consistently achieving goals and having a positive attitude.
- Ability to coach and manage performance of the field recruitment team.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamically changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Three (3) – five (5) years of experience in recruitment.
- Previous leadership experience a plus.
- Proven experience in recruiting in high-volume, non-exempt hiring.
- Thorough and up to date knowledge of laws affecting recruitment and hiring.
- Makes staff decisions – hiring, firing
- Conducts performance reviews
- Trains other associates
- Directs work of other associates
- Direct workflows for entire team
- Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
- Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather
