Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage various leave of absence programs, including FMLA and ADA Serve as a point of contact for team members and managers regarding leave processes Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in administering leaves of absence or related HR functions Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state/local leave laws Experience in a multi-state organization and familiarity with leave administration software Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Certification in leave management or benefits administration is a plus
