Job Summary:
Four Seasons Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead HHA Recruiter to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:
Source and recruit qualified HHAs to meet the staffing needs of our organization
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit for the role
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to secure job referrals
Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments with hiring managers
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate data
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies
Utilize creative problem-solving skills to overcome recruitment challenges
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
0-2 years of experience in recruitment, healthcare, or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Languages:
Trilingual
- Spanish, Creole & Spanish
