Job Description: we are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Service Now architecture, strong understanding of ITSM/ITOM/ITAM modules, and proven experience in leading Service Now platform implementations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define best practices, ensure scalable design, and deliver high-quality Service Now solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC modules.
- Define the Service Now platform strategy, roadmap, and governance
. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices, security standards, and performance optimization
. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Service Now developers and administrators.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design patterns
. - Conduct code reviews and ensure delivery quality.
- Stay updated with latest Service Now releases and features
, advising stakeholders on platform capabilities.
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Service Now platform design and implementation
. - Proven expertise as a Service Now Architect
, leading large-scale implementations. - Strong hands-on experience with Service Now ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM
, and other modules. - Experience with Service Now integrations (third-party tools, APIs, CMDB).
- Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, data modeling, and discovery patterns
. - Knowledge of Service Now scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts).
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodology for delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
- Experience in Service Now HRSD, CSM, GRC, Security Operations
. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) integrations with Service Now.
- Experience in migration and upgrade projects
