Duties:
- Works with Client's ITS staff to resolve high level technical operational difficulties resulting in user related problems, by gathering information from the users to formulate recommendations/resolve difficulties or to improve the workflow/delivery of services. Provides diagnosis and remedies to complex problems involving systems, operations, and data telecommunications equipment and/or software.
- Provides the agency with technical expertise related to information technology systems including but not limited to hardware and software installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting across. Is responsible for setting up new users who join the Agency as well as disabling users who are no longer part of the Agency.
- Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots all peripheral equipment including but not limited to mobile devices, VOIP systems, credit cards, printers/scanners.
- Maintains a list of all hardware equipment assigned to Client's staff.
- Design reports, audit trails/logs, security mechanisms for unit area
- Assist Client's technical support staff when they are unable to resolve program, database, or IT issues by themselves.
- Provide general programming assistance to other MIS programmers/projects as may be needed.
- Tests programs and systems and integrates system modules
- Develops, implements, and monitors information technology quality assurance standards.
- Troubleshoot reported system problems
