Position: Technical Project Manager (PM3)
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (PM3) with a strong background in Public Safety & Emergency Management systems. The ideal candidate will lead complex technical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage enterprise monitoring solutions, and ensure successful project delivery in large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage medium-to-large scale technical projects from initiation through completion.
- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Coordinate engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules, risks, budgets, deliverables, and status reporting.
- Review technical documentation, architecture, testing, and implementation plans.
- Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Support project closeout, knowledge transfer, and process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 8+ years of Project Management experience overseeing medium-to-large scale projects.
- 8+ years of experience in Public Safety & Emergency Management environments.
- Strong understanding of routing protocols, data delivery techniques, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Operations Management, Service Desk, Help Desk, and Datacenter environments.
- Knowledge of Operating Systems, Databases, and Enterprise Monitoring tools.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and service automation platforms.
- Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
- Prior experience supporting large-scale emergency services environments.
