We are seeking a motivated and skilled Azure Technical Support Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic support team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and be dedicated to providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for Azure services, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Assist customers in understanding Azure features and functionalities, guiding them through best practices.
- Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles for internal and customer use.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
- Stay up to date with Azure updates, features, and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably with a focus on cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, SQL Database) and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator) are a plus.
