Senior Associate, Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics
As part of the Budgeting, Reporting & Analytics team, you will help shape the way EAIC manages performance, investments, and efficiency across Alliances. You will support business reporting, budgeting processes, and automation-driven analytics — transforming how we measure success. You'll collaborate with the EMEA Alliances leadership, Drivers, Marketers, L&D, and ETIC teams to deliver dashboards, insights, and performance tracking tools that enable faster, data-backed decisions.

- Deliver internal and external monthly and quarterly business performance reporting across Alliances, including pipeline, investments, efficiency metrics, funding, and certifications.
- Develop ad hoc and Alliance-specific reports by collaborating with a diverse range of leaders.
- Ensure accurate tagging applicable to Alliances on opportunities in CRM system.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel models that provide real-time visibility into performance and ROI.
- Conduct financial and performance analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, particularly Salesforce and Power Platform tools.
- Translate data insights into concise business recommendations for leadership.
Support business reviews, preparing executive summaries and visual presentations in PowerPoint and M365 tools.
Skills & Qualifications- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Salesforce, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance data analysis, and generate actionable insights.
- 3-5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business performance tracking; consulting or corporate finance background preferred.
- Attention to detail and comfort managing complex datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
