The Digital Marketing Senior Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across multiple paid and organic channels. The role focuses on B2B lead generation, performance marketing, conversion optimization, tracking implementation, marketing automation, and website management to drive measurable business growth. This position requires strong expertise in paid media platforms, marketing analytics, Word Press management, CRM integrations, and end-to-end digital campaign execution.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience:
  
  5–7+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.
• Advanced level for Google Ads & GA4
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Experience with Linked In Campaign Manager
• Experience with Tik Tok Ads Manager
• Experience with Google Tag Manager
• Word Press (Elementor or similar page builders preferred)
• Email marketing platforms (e.g., Zoho campaigns, Mailchimp, Hub Spot, Active Campaign)
• CRM systems integration
• Conversion tracking & attribution modeling
• Basic HTML/CSS (preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset
• Data-driven decision making
• Excellent project management skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Proactive and solution-oriented
