VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is a strategic arm of Vodafone Group Plc, creating value for customers by delivering intelligent solutions through Talent, Technology & Transformation. As the largest shared services organisation in the global telco industry with 30,000 FTE, our portfolio of next-generation solutions and services are designed in partnership with customers across Vodafone Group, local markets, and partner markets to simplify and drive growth.

We are seeking a UX/UI Product Designer with a strong foundation in user experience and interface design to create intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital products. This role sits within Digital Sales & Marketing and focuses on bridging user needs with effective design solutions through research, wire framing, prototyping, and high-quality interface design. The individual will contribute both independently and collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional environment.

What you'll do:

  • Design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile platforms
  • Deliver end-to-end UX/UI solutions, from research insights to final UI compositions
  • Apply user-centred design principles using data and research to inform decisions
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver product outcomes
  • Present design concepts and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across all product deliverables
  • Organise and manage design assets and documentation effectively

Who you are:

  • Experienced in UX/UI or product design, with approximately 5 years in a commercial environment
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Able to translate concepts into wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes
  • Knowledgeable in responsive design principles across devices and platforms
  • Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced, and distributed team environments
  • Strong communicator, able to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Holds a degree in design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or equivalent practical experience
  • Brings a portfolio demonstrating applied UX/UI design work and delivered product features
  • Applies structured thinking to decision-making and problem-solving
