AI Implementation Specialist

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.

-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client's time zone.

As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to build scalable AI-powered systems that eliminate repetitive work, improve cross-functional collaboration, and drive operational efficiency across the business.

Role Overview

The AI Implementation Specialist will work directly with company leadership to identify, design, and implement AI-powered automations that improve business operations. The AI Implementation Specialist will analyze workflows, eliminate operational bottlenecks, integrate business systems, deploy AI-driven solutions, and continuously optimize processes that reduce manual work and create measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, implementing practical AI solutions, and taking ownership of projects from concept through deployment.

Fully Remote | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

AI Workflow Design & Automation
  • Analyze existing business workflows to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows that eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
  • Build scalable automations that improve operational efficiency across departments.
  • Continuously optimize and refine existing workflows as business needs evolve.
Process Improvement
  • Shadow leadership to understand business operations and identify inefficiencies.
  • Document current processes and recommend automation strategies.
  • Eliminate operational bottlenecks through intelligent system design.
  • Continuously improve productivity while reducing manual work.
Systems Integration
  • Develop integrations between business platforms and software applications.
  • Build workflows that synchronize data across multiple systems.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between marketing, sales, operations, and customer management platforms.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations.
AI Tools & Implementation
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools appropriate for business use cases.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows using modern language models and automation platforms.
  • Develop AI solutions that improve reporting, communication, document generation, and operational processes.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Testing & Continuous Optimization
  • Test automation workflows prior to deployment.
  • Monitor workflow performance and resolve issues quickly.
  • Update automations as business systems evolve.
  • Continuously improve workflow performance through iteration and optimization.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner directly with leadership to understand business objectives.
  • Translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Communicate project progress proactively.
  • Recommend new automation opportunities that create measurable business value.
Qualifications Experience
  • 2+ years of experience building workflow automations or AI implementations.
  • Experience implementing business process automation.
  • Experience creating end-to-end automation workflows.
  • Experience supporting operations, sales, or service-based organizations.
  • Home services industry experience is highly preferred.
Skills
  • Strong understanding of AI workflow design and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
  • Experience integrating multiple SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and API-based workflows.
  • Experience with document automation, data processing, and workflow logic.
  • Basic scripting or low-code development experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
