You will analyse client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Salesforce service applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their customer service processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Salesforce Junior Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce applications. You will work closely with senior developers and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Job Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on development experience in implementing business logic in APEX, creating LW components, creating VF pages, performing configuration on the Salesforce platform
• Open-minded team player capable of finding and proposing technical solutions
• Competency in relational databases and SQL
• Proven experience in object-oriented programming
• Clear understanding of Model View Controller architecture
• Knowledge of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
• Practical knowledge of project tools (including Change Sets and code repository)
• Candidate has obtained App Builder or Platform Dev 1 / 2 Salesforce certifications
