Scope Details
- Location = 2 Metro Tech Center, Brooklyn NY - will need to be onsite 2 to 3 days each week --- No Exceptions! Must have skills = PPDM Nice to have
- Kubernetes (if resource does not have this skill, would like the resident to be open to learning in the near future)

Project Tasks:

• Customer is new to PPDM and PPDM still needs to be deployed in the environment. Ideally would like the resident to start during the deployment.
• Assist with moving remaining VMware and SQL workloads
• Assist with day to day backup operational tasks/activities
• Review backup processes and policies (incident, capacity, performance and change management, user and backup policy) to ensure customer is following best practice methodology
• Conduct knowledge transfer of the features/functions of implemented backup solution
• General troubleshooting/optimization - ensure the customer understands how to manage these areas once residency is completed
• Continuously monitor, review, and manage backup environment to identify areas of improvement following Dell EMC best practices
• Share best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignment

Resident will be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction

Resident must provide proof of COVID 19 vaccination

Resident will need to be onsite 2 to 3 days each week
