Responsibilities

• Translate nursing and clinical workflows into system and product requirements.
• Support implementation and optimization of EHR and healthcare software tools.
• Provide frontline technical support and triage issues from clinical users.
• Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy of clinical documentation in systems.
• Develop and deliver user training and reference materials for clinicians.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve features.
• Monitor key performance and usability metrics to drive workflow improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy standards.
