As a Jr Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business and technical teams to improve processes, support strategic projects, and help deliver technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for enterprise initiatives.
• Support project managers by coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create user stories, workflow diagrams, process maps, and business documentation using Visio or similar tools.
• Facilitate meetings, provide project status updates, and communicate effectively between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support digital transformation initiatives involving enterprise repositories, GIS/mapping systems, workflows, and operational applications.
• Assist with backlog management, sprint tracking, and issue management using Azure Dev Ops or similar platforms.
• Coordinate testing efforts, including QA, issue tracking, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop presentations, SOPs, reports, and training materials for leadership and business users.
• Support data migration, validation, and automation initiatives using Python, SQL, and Oracle databases.
• Participate in continuous process improvement and technology implementation projects.

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Internship or co-op experience within a utility company environment.
• Strong business analysis skills, including the ability to document business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and workflow/process documentation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and strong attention to detail.

• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Python, SQL, Oracle databases, Figma, and workflow/process mapping.
• Exposure to Enterprise GIS, mapping systems, enterprise repositories, or utility technology platforms.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, operational improvement, or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Knowledge of administration and testing of Enterprise GIS and database projects.
• Familiarity with consistent UI design principles and QA/UAT coordination.
