Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide onsite technical assistance on a contract basis. This contract assignment will run for 5 weeks and supports employees with day-to-day technology issues across desktop, laptop, and productivity tools. The role is ideal for someone who can deliver responsive Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in a mixed Windows and macOS environment while maintaining a detail-oriented, service-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and basic network-related issues in an office setting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems affecting Windows PCs, Mac computers, and commonly used end-user applications.
• Assist staff with account access, configuration questions, and day-to-day use of Google Workspace tools.
• Set up, image, configure, and deploy workstations and peripheral equipment for onsite users as needed.
• Document incidents, solutions, and recurring issues clearly to support efficient follow-up and knowledge sharing.
• Escalate more complex technical matters when necessary and coordinate with the appropriate internal or external support resources.
• Provide hands-on user assistance during office hours and help maintain smooth operation of end-user technology throughout the contract period.
