Required Qualifications , Training, and Education Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of three to five years of insurance experience P&C License required Advanced industry designation(s) such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Epic agency management system is a plus
