A company is looking for a Claims Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations within the Claims Production Department.

Key Responsibilities Supervise claims production activities to ensure efficient and accurate workflow Hire, coach, and manage performance of team members Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Required Qualifications Associate Degree or equivalent experience required;
Bachelor's degree preferred One year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the health insurance industry At least two years of health insurance claims experience required
