Managing Director

Odeum Labor Services (OLS) was founded in 2024 through a merger of the Mind the Gap Labor Services Team and Tinc Productions, combining over 30 years of experience in the events and entertainment industry, and is quickly growing into providing coverage nationwide. Odeum Labor Services was founded in 2024 through the merger of Mind the Gap Labor Services and TINC Productions, combining over 30 years of experience in the events and entertainment industry.

Our mission is simple: create meaningful opportunities for our crew and exceptional outcomes for our clients — through fair wages, effective communication, and reliable, well-matched teams. Whether a museum install, immersive experience, or multi-day brand activation, we show up as partners, not placeholders.

At Odeum, we don’t just fill shifts, we build crews. Our focus is on people, professionalism, and partnership that create meaningful opportunities for our crew and exceptional outcomes for our clients and where people make the difference — every time.

Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and projects, ensuring seamless communication and accountability.
  • Build accurate labor estimates, proposals, and job scopes using OLS rate cards and templates.
  • Communicate with clients to understand project scope and requirements, then translate those needs into actionable staffing plans using our labor pool.
  • Build deep, long-term client partnerships by anticipating needs through a clear understanding of their workflows and challenges, and by spotting opportunities for new or expanded work where Odeum’s services can make an impact.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure solutions that serve both their goals and Odeum’s long-term success, maintaining fairness, transparency, and partnership in every interaction.
  • Visit job sites to strengthen client rapport and understand project conditions firsthand.
  • Track scope changes, job updates, and progress through Pipedrive, Freedcamp, and Nowsta.
  • Oversee job costing, billing review, and financial reconciliation for assigned projects.
  • Lead full project closeout: gather crew notes, client feedback, and any outstanding items; update records, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure lessons are captured for future work.
  • Ensure all client expectations are documented, confirmed, and met from kickoff through completion.
Internal Collaboration
  • Partner closely with the Payroll, Scheduling, and HR teams—communicating often, sharing updates, and working together to keep projects and crew experiences consistent across markets.
  • Work hand-in hand with Labor Deployment Managers to build the best possible crews combining your understanding of client needs with their expertise in staffing to make sure each project has the right people in the right place.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems, templates, and SOPs.
  • As a small and growing company, you’ll often be included in discussions that reach beyond your day-to-day role. We welcome fresh ideas and cross-team collaboration to help Odeum grow stronger together.
  • Partner with leadership to balance sales and operational capacity, helping determine and communicate when additional bookings, staffing, or onboarding are needed to meet demand responsibly.
  • Coordinate with the Labor Deployment Manager to match the right crew for each project and ensure…
