Legends - Up to $275000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Lead all day-to-day arena operations, ensuring best-in-class safety, security, cleanliness, and event execution on both event and non-event days.;
Develop and lead a diverse senior team across operations, engineering, security, event services, HR, IT, and guest services, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.;
Champion a premium guest experience by aligning service standards, operations, and facility presentation with financial objectives.;
Oversee safety, security, emergency preparedness, and crisis response in coordination with public agencies, unions, and internal partners.;
Capital Planning & Asset Management:
Manage operating and capital budgets while overseeing infrastructure, major systems, and long-term asset planning.
