Lifetime Fitness - - Responsibilities:
Attends required General Manager Certification trainings and presents on the business plan;
Performs daily walk-through inspections to ensure that all areas of the club are clean, neat, organized, and like new;

Monitors budgets and forecasts revenue and expenses for each department monthly/quarterly/annually;
Mentors Department Managers to ensure continuous growth through training, developing, assessing performance, and providing feedback
