Director of Operations & Strategic Execution Milestones Moments Brooklyn (Multi-Site) – Full-Time | High-Autonomy Leadership Role

Milestones Moments is looking for a high-level operator who can serve as the founder’s execution partner — someone who can take ideas, initiatives, and challenges and run with them from concept to completion. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and can step confidently into any situation, this role is built for you.

• Oversee operations across multiple sites and new clinic buildouts
• Turn broad ideas into structured plans, timelines, and finished results
• Work directly with the founder to execute high-priority initiatives
• Identify operational gaps and implement systems, processes, and accountability
• Manage cross-functional projects (HR, scheduling, hiring, marketing, family services, etc.)
• Coordinate between field teams, clinicians, and leadership
• Ensure operational excellence as we scale across Georgia and beyond

• Strong operational leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to own projects from start to finish
• Comfort with ambiguity — and turning chaos into structure
• Experience in healthcare, ABA, multi-site operations, or fast-growth environments is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
