Transmission Director

A company is looking for a Transmission & Interconnection Director to lead power strategy and execution for large-load data center developments.

Key Responsibilities Oversee utility coordination and load interconnection processes for multiple data center projects Negotiate and execute various utility agreements and manage interconnection application submissions Monitor project timelines, escalate risks, and ensure alignment with finance, operations, and legal teams

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in utility coordination or energy infrastructure project development Direct experience managing interconnection or utility engagement processes Experience negotiating utility agreements and knowledge of utility tariffs Strong project management skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
