Key Responsibilities Lead and develop teams focused on delivering customer-centric HR support and operational excellence Drive standardization and process improvement initiatives to enhance the employee experience Analyze metrics and reporting to identify operational efficiencies and improve service delivery
Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience leading mid-sized HR teams and developing junior leaders 5+ years in designing and implementing scalable HR processes in an operations or shared services role Experience building employee service/resource centers for organizations with 5,000+ employees Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday and Service Now Strong skills in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
