California Licensed Payroll Product Manager

A company is looking for a Workday Payroll Product Manager who will optimize payroll processes for a large employee base.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary product owner for Workday US Payroll, managing requirements to deployment Maintain the payroll roadmap in alignment with HR and Finance goals Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws and oversee integrations with various systems

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of Workday Payroll experience with product ownership or leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and operations

Experience with Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Benefits integration Excellent project management skills
