A company is looking for a Medical Case Management Manager.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development and management of the Enhanced Case Management (ECM) program and team Monitor department performance, conduct case audits, and ensure quality standards are met Manage a limited caseload of high-complexity members and collaborate with internal departments to resolve client challenges

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required At least 5 years of Case Management experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role Demonstrated expertise in Medicaid, Medicare, and eligibility processes Experience managing diverse teams and monitoring multiple deadlines Proven ability to build training programs and provide structured feedback
