Starbucks - 28 Summit Street - Responsibilities:
Supervise bakery staff and kitchen team members in the absence of the management team, providing on-the-job training, coaching, and support as needed.;
Assist the Production Manager with hiring and onboarding activities, as requested.;
Review daily production schedules to determine required variety and quantity of baked goods; assemble necessary supplies and equipment.;
Prepare or oversee the preparation of bakery items according to established recipes, including scaling ingredients using gram/kilogram measurements and standard units.;
Ensures the team meets its commitment to track and log production and HACCP logs
