CAB Signs is a growing wholesale sign manufacturing company looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our ADA production team.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position for someone who wants stability, consistent hours, and an opportunity to grow long-term with a company.
We are looking for someone serious about work — reliable, focused, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Right now this department is extremely busy, and we are looking to hire quickly to help support production and reduce backlog.
What You'll Be Doing- Producing ADA and engraved signs
- Operating lasers, engravers, printers, and production equipment
- Preparing materials and assembling signage
- Reading work orders and following specifications carefully
- Quality checking completed orders
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Supporting the production team to keep jobs moving on time
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic
- Good attention to detail
- Calm, steady, productive work style
- Comfortable working with hands and standing most of the day
- Someone looking for a long-term opportunity
- Willingness to learn and improve
Experience in signs, manufacturing, engraving, fabrication, or production is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
Schedule- Tuesday–Friday
- 32+ hours per week
- Overtime available during busy periods
- $18–22/hr based on experience
