Job Title
Develops and optimizes manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality. Implements digital manufacturing solutions to enhance production capabilities and data integration.
Key Areas of Responsibility- Improves products, processes, and machinery in the Production Unit to ensure safety, yield, efficiency, quality, reliability, and stable production.
- Deploys and executes continuous improvement capabilities in the production unit.
- Creates conditions for fast and efficient NPIs and highly efficient production to win in the marketplace.
- Develops standards to support lean manufacturing and reduce waste.
- Leads improvement projects in production and documentation.
- Creates technical conditions to prevent production disruptions and increase resilience.
- Implements new products and processes, including technical transfers in the Production Unit.
- Provides technical support and guidance during production startup.
- Takes improvement actions to achieve target performance.
- Manages and coaches project team members.
- Analyzes manufacturing processes to identify improvement areas.
- Designs and implements process improvements using digital manufacturing technologies.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new digital tools into workflows.
- Monitors process performance and analyzes data for continuous improvement.
- Develops and maintains documentation for manufacturing processes and digital systems.
- Trains and supports production staff on new processes and digital tools.
- Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all process activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field with a focus on manufacturing processes and digital technologies.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing process engineering, continuous improvement projects, and implementation of digital manufacturing tools within a production environment.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher), or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies is required to lead and execute process improvement initiatives effectively.
