Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Vitability Health's brand objectives.
2. Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked In.
3. Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses to audience interactions.
4. Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize content and strategy.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance the company's online presence.
7. Execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
8. Foster relationships with influencers and industry partners to amplify the brand's reach.
9. Create and manage a content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
10. Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling and shareable content.
5. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
