Senior Community Manager

Brooklyn, New York, United States

At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we're their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations or defective goods. From attorneys in all 50 states, to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm has a key role to play in the winning fight for consumer rights. Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission:
For the People.

Morgan & Morgan is America's Largest Injury Law Firm—but our social media is anything but stuffy. Our brand is bold, funny, culturally relevant, and unafraid to take creative risks. We believe the best brands on social media don't just post content—they participate in the conversation.

We're looking for a Senior Community Manager to help shape how millions of people experience Morgan & Morgan across social media. You'll be responsible for managing the relationship between our brand and our audience—identifying opportunities to join conversations, engaging with our community, writing compelling social copy, and ensuring our content reaches the right people at the right time.

If you know what everyone's talking about before it hits mainstream news, constantly send memes to your group chats, can spot a trend before it peaks, and genuinely love social media as a craft, we'd love to meet you.
