Identify, manage, and cultivate relationships with parenting, design, lifestyle, and family-focused creators.;
Partner with influencers and content creators to develop authentic, engaging content that reflects the West Elm Kids brand aesthetic and values.;
Monitor social trends, parenting conversations, and emerging platform behaviors to identify opportunities for timely and relevant content.
