- NYS LPN Licensure (Grad of accredited LPN nursing program)
- Minimum 2 years of LPN exp in an Ambulatory health clinic
- Clinical Skills, phlebotomy, EKG, POCT, EMR doc
- BCLS certification
- Ability to screen patients and make referrals for services required
- Competency with EMR documentation
- Timely completion of patient request, follow up, form completion and pre-visit planning
Monday-Thursday 10:00AM-6:00PM
Friday 9:30AM-5:30PM
35 Hours Per Week
Qualifications- Excellent interpersonal & English verbal/written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues and physicians effectively
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
USD $36.48 - USD $42.11 /Hr.
