Friday We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our post-acute care team near Brooklyn, NY. This full-time role offers a weekday-only schedule with no nights or weekends, allowing for an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cardiology consultations and manage patient care in skilled nursing facilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document and manage patient care using electronic medical records (EMR) Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities
Qualifications:
Current New York NP license and DEA registration Preferred: 2+ years of cardiology or post-acute care experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compensation & Benefits:
