OverviewThe ADON partners with the Director of Nursing to lead daily clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support high-performing nursing teams in a clinically advanced setting. This is a senior leadership role with a clear path to Director-level advancement.

- 2–3+ years of LTC or SNF experience

- Strong knowledge of DOH/CMS regulations
- EHR proficiency
