Role Summary
We are a busy and well-established Family Medicine practice in Brooklyn, New York seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. The NP/PA will provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients of all ages while working closely with our physicians and clinical staff in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Hours of OperationSunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (until Daylight Saving ends on Nov 1, then 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
ScheduleFull-time or part-time available
Must be available for some evenings and some weekend days, based on clinic needs
What You’ll Do- Provide primary and urgent care services to patients of all ages
- Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and perform minor procedures within scope of practice
- Deliver patient education and preventive care counseling
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Current New York State NP or PA license and certification (NCCPA for PA, ANCC/AANP for NP)
- Experience in family medicine, primary care, or urgent care preferred
- Russian-speaking candidates preferred (not required)
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, community-focused environment
- Competitive compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
