Phaxis -  - Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining an inventory of clothing and personal effects on a routine basis to ensure individuals are properly clothed;
Assist with toileting, showering, and/or other personal hygiene needs;
Report any sign or symptoms of illness or adverse medication reaction to the site supervisor to implement an appropriate plan of action;
Assist in the resolution of crisis management and report all incidents, both verbally and in writing to the program supervisor;
Ensure that each apartment/room is clean, neat, safe and free of hazardous contains at all times
