Overview
LPN - Adult Ambulatory Medicine
Responsibilities
* NYS LPN Licensure (Grad of accredited LPN nursing program)
* Minimum 2 years of LPN exp in an Ambulatory health clinic
* Clinical Skills, phlebotomy, EKG, POCT, EMR doc
• BCLS certification
* Ability to screen patients and make referrals for services required
* Competency with EMR documentation
* Timely completion of patient request, follow up, form completion and pre-visit planning
Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal & English verbal/written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues and physicians effectively
* Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Pay Range
USD $34.72 - USD $40.07 /Hr.
