A well-established, community-focused outpatient primary care practice in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing team delivering high-quality, culturally competent care.
This role is ideal for an advanced practice provider looking for part-time flexibility while maintaining a consistent schedule that includes weekend coverage.
The FNP/PA will provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting. The role offers strong clinical and administrative support within a collaborative care model.
Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan, conducting routine checkups, managing acute conditions, and treating chronic diseases. The provider will also collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams, educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and disease management, prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under physician supervision, order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging, and maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
The part-time position requires weekend coverage with additional weekday shifts available based on availability.
Compensation and benefits include $100 per hour, paid time off, full medical malpractice coverage, CME support, and additional benefits.
Qualifications include active FNP certification or PA-C certification, an active New York State license, fluency in Mandarin, primary care or family practice experience preferred, strong communication skills, and a patient-centered approach with a commitment to delivering culturally competent care.
