Nurse Practitioner Hormone Replacement Therapy

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team for Hormone Replacement Therapy services at Hello Dose. This is an immediate need and we are eager to connect with the right candidate as soon as possible.

We are seeking an NP with experience or exposure in any of the following:

- Female HRT, including perimenopause and menopause management

- Male HRT and Testosterone Replacement Therapy

- Hormonal evaluations and lab interpretation

- Wellness, longevity, or hormone optimization programs

- Is confident in evaluating patient eligibility for HRT

- Can manage hormone protocols, lab monitoring, and dose adjustments

- Holds an active NP license in New York (NY license is priority)

- Is comfortable working in a telehealth, wellness-focused environment

- Is compassionate, patient-centered, and mission-driven

- Conduct virtual consultations and determine patient eligibility for HRT

- Review lab work, medical history, and develop individualized hormone protocols

- Manage titration, dose adjustments, and ongoing patient monitoring

- Educate patients on HRT options, expectations, and potential side effects

- Provide follow-up care and support patients through their hormone optimization journey

- Collaborate with the Hello Dose clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care
