Pay Range: $55.00-$60.00 Per HR
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments
Develop individualized care plans
Monitor and evaluate medical needs
Maintain clinical documentation
Coordinate care with healthcare professionals
Supervise and support AMAP staff
Participate in treatment planning meetings
Active NYS RN license
Experience in residential or OPWDD settings preferred
Experience with adult populations and developmental disabilities preferred
Strong documentation skills
Effective care coordination skills
