Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversee nursing services within OPWDD residential programs in Brooklyn, NY. This full-time role is ideal for a strong nurse leader who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of patient care.
Requirements:
Active NYS RN license, 3-5 years of clinical experience with leadership responsibilities, prior supervisory experience preferred, experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet compliance deadlines
