Monday
- Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager
- Behavioral Health to lead daily operations of a hospital-based behavioral health unit. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strong leadership to clinical staff.

• Oversee day-to-day unit operations and staffing
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Supervise and support nursing and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient admissions, discharges, and care planning
• Lead quality improvement and performance initiatives
• Prepare reports and ensure audit readiness
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation

• BSN required (MSN preferred)
• Active RN license
  - New York State
• Minimum 5 years RN experience
• Minimum 5 years behavioral health experience
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience
• Prior experience managing a psychiatric unit (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• BLS required
• ACLS required
• Crisis Management Certification preferred

• Salary: $145,000 - $160,000 annually (based on experience)
