Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary: $160,000–$180,000

A well-established adult primary care practice in Canarsie, Brooklyn, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its team. This position is ideal for a provider who is comfortable working in a high-volume environment and thrives in a fast-paced, efficient practice.

The Nurse Practitioner will be expected to see approximately:

• 30–35 patients per day

This is a key requirement. Candidates must be comfortable managing a busy schedule while maintaining quality care, accurate documentation, and efficient patient flow.

The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive adult primary care in an outpatient setting. A dedicated Medical Assistant will support the provider, allowing them to remain focused on patient care and efficiency. The practice uses eClinical

Works (ECW).

• Provide comprehensive adult primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct physicals, follow-up appointments, and preventive-care visits
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in eClinical Works
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain strong patient flow

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
• Active Medicaid
• Strong adult primary care experience required
• Must be comfortable seeing 30–35 patients per day
• Experience with eClinical
  
  Works strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and efficiency
