Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Nurse Educator position to provide comprehensive nursing education and training. This role involves developing educational programs, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver educational content for nursing staff and students.
• Assess learning needs and design appropriate training programs.
• Evaluate clinical performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain and update educational materials in accordance with current standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify training gaps and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active New York State RN License with primary source verification.
• Possess a minimum of two years of Med/Surg nursing experience.
• Have an Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Maintain AHA BLS certification.
• Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and teaching skills.
